Out of Character
This is the permissions list for OOC (out of character), activity. Please be sure to elaborate if necessary.

「Backtagging」: Go right ahead. I backtag a lot myself. Just as long as your first comment isn't say...a month after my post, please feel free to backtag.
「Threadhopping」: As long as it's a public conversation, go ahead.
「Fourthwalling」: Please don't tell her that she's a fictional character or know her entire backstory. It's fine to have heard of a teen superhero named Raven, or if your character could reasonably have heard of an ancient evil named Trigon the Terrible, that's fine. I would prefer that people not know her innermost secrets, though, including that she's related to Trigon the Terrible.
「Offensive/personal subjects」: I'm not easily offended. I would, however, prefer to avoid heavily political or social justice discussions and stick to RP.
「OOC triggers」: Animal abuse. I don't think this will come up, but please post a trigger-specific warning (ie. trigger warning: animal abuse) if it is in someone's post for any reason.

In Character
This is the permissions list for IC (in-character), activity.
Answer the following questions with "yes" or "no", as well as additional information if desired. With IC permissions, it's a good idea to elaborate on what other players can expect from your character if they choose to do any of the following:

「Flirting with this character」: Yes, although she's most likely to respond to it with dry sarcasm.
「Intimate contact with this character (kissing/hugging/touching)」: Yes. If she's not comfortable with your character, she might push them away, squirm, or make some sort of scathing remark. If she is comfortable with your character, she'll be more tolerant.
「Sexual contact with this character」: Maybe. Only with a lot of character development.
「Fighting with this character」: Yes. Raven has some hand to hand combat skill, and she's also got powers, so approach with caution.
「Injuring this character (include limits and severity)」: Slapping or bruising, sure. Talk to me first about anything involving broken bones or stitches. Dismemberment is a definite no.
「Killing this character」: No.
「Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character」: Maybe. Sending telepathic messages is fine. Raven's powers include psychic empathy, and she's got a LOT of mental discipline and defenses to get by. It's not impossible to read her mind, but only a high level psychic would stand a chance of doing so. (Such as Professor Xavier from Marvel).

「IC Triggers」: Raven has all the daddy issues ever.
「IC Warnings」: Although she's sometimes open to socializing, Raven does not take well to having other people in her room when she wants to be alone. She also doesn't like when people interrupt her meditating.
「Extra Information (if needed)」:

Raven possesses psychic empathy. I won't have her reading anyone's mind without a plot-related reason and talking to the player first. She will be passively aware of people's presences and very general emotional states (but not the reason for said emotional states).

If you don't want Raven to even be vaguely aware of your character's general emotional state or presence, please comment here with a list of your usernames and indicate if you are opting out of her general awareness of your character's presence, their emotional state, or both.

To clarify, she will never know why your character is feeling a particular way unless she's observed an obvious trigger. For example, she would know a character was angry, but she wouldn't know it was because the character had been wrongly accused of theft unless she overheard the conversation or someone told her about it.

「Any other preferences not previously mentioned」: N/A
